To gain access to our self-scheduling and timekeeping app, you must complete the steps below:
Step 1: Connect with Your Staffing Agency
If you have not already done so, please complete an employment application through one of our websites:
- Career Start (Manufacturing, Hospitality, General)): CareerStartUSA.com
- Tallavera (RN, LPN, CNA): Tallavera.com
Your recruiter will:
- Guide you through their hiring process and collect required documentation.
- Ensure your Employment Authorization is verified.
- Please note that our companies participate in E-Verify.
Step 2: Download the WAE App
- Download the WAE App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Search for "WAE Holdings" and verify that you’re downloading the WAE (Work Available Everywhere) app.
- Open the WAE app and select "Create an Account" to begin registration.
Step 3: Create Your WAE Account
- Enter your basic profile information (name, contact details, etc.).
- Enter your Agency Code and Recruiter name:
- Career Start: 1000
- Tallavera: 1001
- The app will send a verification email to the email address you provided.
- Open your email, click the verification link, and set your WAE password.
Step 4: Complete the Remaining Onboarding Steps
After verifying your email, log back into the WAE App using your new password. You’ll need to complete the remaining onboarding steps:
- Acknowledge App Policies (e.g., Usage Policy).
- Verify your social security number.
- Set your work preferences (job types, shift availability, locations).
- Provide your work history (past jobs, relevant experience).
Tip: You can save progress and return later if needed!
Step 5: Account Review & Activation
To complete your onboarding process with WAE, you must contact your Recruiter so they can let WAE know you are ready to be activated.
You will receive a confirmation email once your WAE account has been activated.
Step 6: Start Working!
Once your status is Active in WAE, you can:
- Sign up for shifts directly in the WAE App.
- Start working and earning!
