What is my Reliability Score?
Your Reliability Score is your ranking compared to other workers in the WAE network.
Your score is based on factors such as:
• Picking up shifts
• Completing shifts
• Arriving on time
• Avoiding worker-initiated cancellations and no-shows
As you work more shifts and maintain strong reliability, your ranking can improve. Rankings may also change based on the performance of other workers in the network.
The best way to improve your score is simple: pick up shifts, show up on time, and follow through on your commitments.
Reliability scores are calculated automatically and not able to be changed manually.
