NYS Sick Time Acknowledgement

I understand that employees accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, at a maximum of 56 hours per year. Leave must be requested in 4-hour minimums, with adherence to call-out procedures required. Aboldco's Payroll Department will review and reply to requests within 48 hours. Please monitor your email and messages for updates to facilitate a quick response.
